The first day of September brought warm weather and even warmer vibes for Tiffanie and Jake’s heartfelt wedding at The Pearl Restaurant in Arlington, Texas. Surrounded by family and friends who matched the couple’s vibrant, laid-back energy, their day was filled with love, laughter, and plenty of fun. The atmosphere was the perfect mix of sweetness and fun, capturing the essence of who they are as a couple. I was so touched by how kind and genuine Tiffanie and Jake are and how that energy was so evident throughout their whole day!
Getting Ready with the Girls
Tiffanie and her bridesmaids began their day at a hotel in Grand Prairie, where the energy was full of excitement. The girls prepped for the big day with laughter and shared moments of calm before the wedding buzz truly kicked off. Tiffanie looked stunning! Her gown—a gorgeous white A-line with floral embroidery—was the perfect blend of elegance and modern style.
First Look Between the Bride & Groom
Tiffanie and Jake chose to have an intimate first look before the ceremony. This created a special opportunity for them to savor the moment and enjoy each other’s company before the day really began. You can see how excited they are to get married in these sweet photos!
Wedding Party Portraits
Capturing a first look also allows for me to take group portraits of the wedding party and key family members before the ceremony. This leaves the couple and their attendants free to enjoy all of the moments between the ceremony and the reception so they don’t miss a thing! The bridesmaids’ rusty mauve gowns added a pop of color to the day, while the groomsmen chose a classic black and white suits, setting the tone for the couple’s timeless yet vibrant wedding.
An Intimate, Heartfelt Ceremony
The deeply personal ceremony was officiated by a close friend of the couple who also happens to be a pastor. Tiffanie and Jake had already made things official on paper but wanted to honor the tradition of exchanging vows surrounded by their family and friends. The Pearl Restaurant was decorated with lush greenery, classic white accents, and pops of dark mauve, creating a romantic and inviting space for this heartwarming moment.
Fun-Filled Reception at The Pearl Restaurant
The reception at The Pearl Restaurant kicked off with an electrifying entrance by the wedding party, who had choreographed a high-energy dance that set the tone for the night. Tiffanie and Jake’s love for dancing shone during their gorgeous self-taught first dance as well.
The rest of the reception continued on as a perfect blend of laughter, emotions, and incredible food! Guests were treated to a five-course meal of traditional Asian dishes served family style, ensuring that everyone felt like part of the celebration. One of my favorite personal touches at this sweet celebration was a cake beautifully crafted by Tiffanie herself. Then we sent the couple off with a fun bubble-filled grand exit, ending the night with lots of joy.
